Refund Processing After Return

Once your returned item is received, our Returns Department will verify it against our Return Policy conditions. Please allow 5-10 business days for this verification and processing.

Upon approval, the original purchase price and applicable taxes will be refunded to your original payment method. This Refund Policy applies to items meeting all Return Policy conditions.

Refund Timeline & Payment Methods

After return verification and refund confirmation, please allow approximately 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. This timeframe includes our internal processing and bank processing times.

Important Refund Terms

• Out-of-Stock Items: For cancelled out-of-stock items, refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation.
• Non-Refundable Discounts/Cashback: Discounts and cashback amounts applied during purchase are non-refundable.
• Non-Refundable Fees: The following fees are non-refundable:
  • Original outbound shipping fees (unless return is due to our error).
  • Payment gateway charges.
  • Other transaction charges.

Exchange Requests (Alternative to Refunds)

You may choose to exchange your returned item instead of a refund, subject to stock and Return Policy conditions.

• Free Shipping for Exchanges: We ship exchanged items at no additional cost.
• Price Difference Adjustments:
  • Higher price exchange: You'll pay the difference.
  • Lower price exchange: We'll refund you the difference.
